All tickets for Cubana flights are sold at discount prices and therefore unused segments are non-refundable. Change of date and/or extension must be requested and paid for at a Cubana office.
On
Cubana flights between Panama and
Havana, the weight allowance for baggage is 44 pounds or 20 kilograms.
Also passengers travelling by Cubana Airline must pay an additional Fuel Tax.
Please allow a minimun of 2 hours for connecting flights. Check-in ends 1 hour prior to departure. At this time, available seats will be sold to standby passengers. We are not responsible for missing connections. Always contact us the day before your flight to be sure the flights have not changed.
